I can figure everything out, but sometimes it's easier with some help

I've come to realize that it's hard to move forward, when you have no clear pillars to guide your journey. Likewise, it's hard for people to help you, if they don't have a clear request to respond to. Hence, here's a list of things I would appreciate some help with:
1. A way to fund graduate studies
2. Source of financial freedom during term time
3. General life mentorship
4. IRL friends who are better than me on dimensions I want to improve in. Currently, I only see this in Oxford people with whom I hang twice a term.
5. Part-time projects w/o too much pressure to see what I enjoy working on
-> industry to develop skills
-> trying "true" research in biology/maths/cs
6. Technical mentorship - you become a good engineer by working with good engineers
7. Opportunities to expand my horizon and talk to successful people who optimised for different definitions of success
8. Someone to talk to about pursuing graduate study/phd in the US / different life paths
